Weekly Information Sharing Event 3 - Exemplary Leadership

On May 17 2024, BPS Gunungsitoli Municipality held WISE (Weekly Information Sharing Event) Series 3 with the theme "Exemplary Leadership". This event is part of the ASN Capacity Building program (PETASAN) in an effort to develop an Integrity Zone within the BPS Gunungsitoli Municipality environment. The activity which was carried out at the Gunungsitoli Municipality BPS office was attended by all ASN BPS Gunungsitoli Municipality with the resource person Mr. Muhammad Ervin Sugiar, SST., M.Si., (Head of BPS Gunungsitoli Municipality).

Several important points in this WISE series that Data Friends can also take away include:

1. We are all born to be leaders

2. Before leading others, we must be able to lead ourselves

3. The 3H characters needed by a leader are Humble, Hungry, Hustle or humble, hungry (for knowledge and development), and agile/dexterous

4. Good leadership is demonstrated through real life examples, not just words (commands)

Hopefully, with WISE this time, it can increase the fighting spirit of all ASN in BPS Gunungsitoli Municipality to give their best, starting with themselves.
